Privacy policy
We are a data consultancy. We hold ourselves to the standard we recommend to clients: collect the minimum, use it only for its stated purpose, and say plainly what happens to it.
What we collect
This site collects personal information in exactly one place: the consultation request form. If you submit it, we receive the name, organization, email address, and message you choose to share. Browsing the site sends us nothing.
How it is used
- To respond to you. Consultation requests are used to reply to your enquiry and for no other purpose.
- No marketing lists. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything. We do not send newsletters or promotional email.
- No sale or sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own use.
How it travels
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-relay service, over an encrypted connection. Their handling of relayed messages is described in their own privacy policy at formsubmit.co. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard technical request data such as IP addresses.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as a conversation or engagement makes them relevant. If you would like the information you sent us corrected or deleted, email noyle@noevialabs.com and it will be done.
Client data
Data shared with us during a consulting engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and any non-disclosure terms signed for that work, which take precedence over this page.
Effective 10 August 2026. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
